As a Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Beacons Cymru. Your guidance and support will help us create meaningful opportunities for young people, using music as a tool for growth, connection, and positive change. Together, we can inspire the next generation and strengthen our belief in music's ability to transform lives and communities.

We warmly welcome individuals with various areas of expertise who can support us, though we are particularly seeking Directors with senior experience in one or more of the following areas:

Fundraising & Income generating: knowledge/experience in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies, connecting creative initiatives with sources of funding, securing financial support for arts organisations, projects, and individuals
HR & Personnel Management: knowledge/experience in managing and supporting various aspects of employee relations, recruitment, and workplace policies within an organisation.
