Beacons Cymru is a pan-Wales organisation empowering the next generation of young people (aged 16-25) aspiring to work in the Welsh music sector. Following the success of regional projects - Forté Project (est. 2015) and Young Promoters Network (est. 2010) - Beacons formed with the support of Creative Wales.

 

We envision a Wales in which all young people, irrespective of their backgrounds, have the opportunity to access knowledge, opportunities, networks and skills to carve sustainable careers and new business models in the Welsh music sector.
